What we collect

When you request an appraisal, we collect the details you provide, including your name, contact information, property address, property type, selling timeframe and optional notes. Basic technical details may also be recorded to protect the form from misuse.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your request, arrange an introduction to a licensed local real estate agent and discuss the related property-marketing package. We do not sell general mailing lists.

Who receives it

Your request is stored in a restricted lead register administered by Southside Media. With your consent, relevant details may be shared with a licensed local real estate agent so they can arrange the appraisal. Donnybrook Property Guide is not a real estate agency or valuation practice.

Storage and security

Reasonable safeguards are used to limit access. No online system is risk-free, and information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the request, records and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your information, or ask us to stop using it for future contact, subject to any lawful record-keeping requirements.
